Inspection

Summary:

The Reserves Network is currently seeking experienced Quality Inspection personnel.  This position supports a variety of manufacturing operations, requiring a solid work history and experience in a variety of skills, qualifications and abilities.

 

         It is a first shift position.

         The rate of pay starts at $8.67/hr and goes up from there based on experience.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.        Perform inspections of machined parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical and mechanical measurements.

2.        Rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as required.

3.        Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.

4.        Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.

5.        Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.

 

Requirements:

1.        Must have good English written and verbal communication skills

2.        Previous experience with CMM and Visual Systems

3.        Good arithmetic skills are required

4.        Mechanical aptitude desired

5.        General computer knowledge

 

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of these positions, the employee is required to stand for extended periods of time.
