This position provides customer service via email and phone to our guests staying in our furnished corporate apartments and is responsible for maintaining good personal and working relationships with internal and external clients. Acts as primary liaison to residents after move-in and handles all customer service related issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives all service calls from existing tenants on a daily basis.
  • Submits all service requests to Home Services and properties on a daily basis.
  • Follows up on all service requests and closes them in the system on a daily basis.
  • Communicates with District Manager on any service recovery needs on a daily basis.
  • Updates Home Services screens with any add on requests on a daily basis.
  • Receives all order forms from Account Coordinators.
  • Orders furniture and utilities using the proper forms.
  • Coordinates and communicates with Warehouse Supervisor to confirm and change Home Services transaction times as needed.
  • Generates all paperwork for move-in packets.
  • Receives BMI Service requests from Home Services.
  • Submits services requests to outside vendors/properties.
  • Updates Market Ready Tracking Log.
  • Closes completed service requests.
  • Drive to properties to conduct business could be occassionally necessary. (Necessary situations may include walking properties, meeting with vendors, making deliveries or signing leases)

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years customer service experience through phone and email
  • Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Intermediate user of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
