BASIC PURPOSE: Maintains equipment at CNG stations by performing maintenance.  Also troubleshoots issues by responding to service calls.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs maintenance on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment installed at CNG stations.
  • Performs daily maintenance of site equipment
  • Monitors pressures and temperatures
  • Maintains oil and fluid levels
  • Responds to service calls as required
  • Other duties assigned as needed

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education:

High school Diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience:

Experience maintaining basic mechanical or electrical systems

 

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Skills:
    • Hard Skills: Working knowledge of Hazmat and OSHA regulations
    • Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, data entry, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self motivated, good time management skill, ability to multitask and excellent analytical skills
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
    • Valid driver’s license
