The On Site Staffing Operations Specialist is responsible for providing quality service to our production warehouse customer. Duties include coordinating the contingent work force to ensure sufficient staffing by department. Daily productivity meetings with the client. Supporting our safety intitiatives, coaching, counseling our associates, time reporting, dailiy orientation and recruiting candidates.
The facility operates 2 shifts Monday - Friday. Your shift would be mainly day shift but you must be flexible to work extended hours. This is not a 9-5 job.

Requirements
Recent work experience in the Staffing industry or internal temp for staffing agency. Or Production warehouse team lead experience.
