MAINTENANCE MECHANIC/MILLWRIGHT, PRODUCTION

This company is one of the largest and most technically advanced tire recyclers in the world with the ability to make quality products that contain up to 96% post-consumer waste. Flexible and family valued managers.  This company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic  for a long term addition to their team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performing regular, preventative maintenance on all machinery, equipment, tools and building
• Preparing and maintaining tooling for all machines
• Performing set ups, tune ups and running equipment and machinery around the plant
• Ordering supplies and parts as required
• Performing preventative maintenance as scheduled
• Maintaining records of purchase, repair and maintenance activities
• Managing tool inventory
• Preparing reports as needed

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or Equivalency
• 3 years of formal on-the-job training in machine and tooling repair
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in machine repair in maintenance
• Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and control technology and welding
• Demonstrate working knowledge of hazardous waste and hazardous material handling procedures and practices.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations and use a computer terminal/calculator
• Blueprint Reading and Measuring equipment
• Read and Write English
• Ability to work days and on call hours

Compensation:

• Pay $14-$18 per hour DOE. Long term opportunities
