General Manager

The Restaurateur Group is a five shop Franchisee of Dunkin’ Donuts -- the largest coffee and baked goods chain in the world.  The Restaurateur Group is owned and operated by a team with prior Dunkin’ Donuts Corporate Executive experience and was rated one of the TOP TEN Franchisees in the nation for the past three years running.

The current territory stretches from Deltona, Florida to Palm Coast, Florida and more units are planned to maintain our projected pace of exciting growth.  The Restaurateur Group is currently looking for experienced General Managers for some of the highest volume Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins in the state of Florida.

    ·         General Manager Bonus potential up to $1000 per month (paid monthly)

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two or more years of General Manager Experience in a high volume location and a proven track record of sales growth, P&L management, strong teambuilding and quality operations.
