Part-Time, 19 hours per week. Located in Mililani Technology Park.
PURPOSE STATEMENT: The purpose of this position is to present and promote cutting-edge communications and entertainment services to new and existing customers in outbound telephone calls while providing excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in customer service, public relations, and sales are preferred. Must have good persuasive verbal communication skills. Able to sell and handle customer service requests through effective communications. PC and internet experience highly desired. Must have excellent attendance record. Stable employment history.
SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGES AND ABILITIES: Skills include: typing 40 words per minute, use of telephone system, computer. Working knowledge of cable product, programming choices and prices, basic mathematics, familiarity and use of computers and basic office policies and procedures.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 9:00pm; Friday 5:00pm - 8:00pm. Additional coverage as needed.
