Our most famous dish, prepared for and named after Queen Margherita in 1889, the Margherita Pizza, became a worldwide staple. Job Description

ALL POSITIONS AVAILABLE: General Manager, Asst. Mgr, Pizzaiolas, Bartenders, Hostesses, Waiter/Waitresses, Chef/Sous Chef, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Bussers, DishwasherWe have full and part time openings for all positions.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends when necessary.

• Must have 3 or more years experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

We are seeking candidates that are experienced, dynamic and team players.

Relevant experience and Full Availability (Nights and Weekends) is a MUST.

• Have the ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Have experience with Italian cuisine (Ideal, but not required)
• Are self-starters
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and customers
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of all unit menu information.
• Will maintain confidentiality of company information and data.
• Will have a complete knowledge of and comply with all company policies, service procedures and company standards
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company policies (NYC Serve Safe Health Certificate required for select positions)
• Possess superior understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures (position dependent)

o Have prior food and beverage experience (required)
