About this job
We are looking for a Full Time Leasing Agent who is energetic and results driven by:
Promoting apartment rental complexes
Scheduling appointments for potential residents
Showing potential residents available units at one of our apartment complexes
Professionally presenting the features and benefits of the complexes
Taking and correctly processing rental applications
Closing the deal by renting apartments
Setting up new resident move-ins and managing maintenance requests
Professionally answering phones and performing administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Must be available to work Saturdays (2 days off during the week)
Excellent communications skills
Prior sales experience a plus
Professional appearance
