We are looking for a store manager that is able to provide great customer service, show enthusiasm for training and maintaining a strong team, ensure safety for all guests and employees, and adhere to the Jersey Mike’s Subs brand standards!

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and develop quality employees and manage employee schedules
  • Recognize achievements, resolve employee concerns and provide feedback to employees
  • Ensure food safety standards are adhered to according to brand and state guidelines
  • Receive and manage inventory in store and upon delivery
  • Drive sales through effective marketing initiatives and policy implementation

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience managing a quick service restaurant
  • Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be able to work 40-50 hours per week, including nights and weekends
