The My M&M'S Graphic Designer possesses a complex skillset needed to produce high-quality graphic design work in large volume across a range of formats, both digital and print. The individual will also assist in reviewing and optimizing the printing of Face/Logo images on M&M'S candy, which accounts for over half of the business, we need to ensure we retain the talent that can complete these mission critical services. The Graphic Designer will ensure we thrive through quick and timely internet promotions, and also will work on package design and special candy order review.

Key Responsibilities

• The main purpose of this role is to enhance the internal Graphics Services team with outstanding creative development across a range of formats and job requests. This individual will also complete the manual process of all Face and B2B logo graphics that are ordered through the call center and website, and this associate will be the main triaging resource during slower demand seasons, while working directly with the Graphics Manager to maintain a clear order pipeline.
• This position will also work closely with the Print Shop to ensure images are processed efficiently and in a timely manner to meet customer delivery expectations. This associate will also be the main point of contact with Customer Care for all B2B logo graphics issues and orders and high-priority escalations.
• In addition, this position will handle illustration and design of new marketing/merchandise materials to keep graphics projects on track to meet deadlines, while ensuring a quality product. This direction will generally be delegated from the Graphics Manager and Director of Marketing and Merchandise, and will be done in partnership with other members of the My M&M'S Marketing/Merchandise team.
• Position also requires digital photography experience as a majority of business customers request digital photographs of printed logo candy.

Education & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art or Illustration or relevant experience to illustrate success.
• Proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, and Wacom Tablet Technology
• Strong portfolio of design projects for advertising and marketing across offline and digital formats and media.

Knowledge and Experience

• Must have at least 3 years of design experience across range of media including print, digital (banners, website, email), and brochures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment driven by delivery date
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills due to daily shifts in order demand due driven by consumer variability
• Graphic design background for print, digital (website/banners), illustrations
• Strong design aesthetic, with regard to typography and layout
• Eye for detail with a collaborative spirit
• Experience with HTML helpful.
