As the Management Recruiter, you will partner with five Area Directors of Operations, managing the staffing for over forty locations throughout several regions. Utilizing a robust talent acquisition tool set, you will play an integral part in sourcing, recruiting and selection of top Restaurant and Kitchen Managers that will help us on our path to becoming an Iconic Global Brand. 
 
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Talent Selection, working remotely from a home office, you will work with a team of eight, driving the management recruitment for a 2 billion dollar company with over 200 full service restaurants and more than 35,000 staff members. 
 
 
Here's more of what you'll get to do: 
  • Manage the selection process including: requisition management, documenting the selection process in the ATS, sourcing candidates, behavioral interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for candidates. 
  • Full-cycle recruiting for Restaurant & Kitchen Managers; performing extensive screening of hundreds of candidates weekly, vetting for culture, behavior, fundamental technical skills and targeted competencies. 
  • Partner with Area Directors of Operations to understand their hiring needs as well as coaching them on effective behavioral interview techniques, workforce planning practices and compensation requirements. 
  • Fully utilize the Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS) reviewing and prescreening hundreds of resumes weekly while conducting Competency Based Pre-screen interviews. 
  • Strategically use social media and sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder) to generate a healthy pool of qualified candidates. 
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates, while reducing the time to hire. 
  • Contribute to continuous recruiting process improvement efforts, while ensuring accurate reporting and data for distribution and analysis on candidate flow, time-to-fill, cost per hire, etc. 
  • Leverage behavioral assessments to guide the hiring decision. 
  • Create and distribute new hire information data, offer letters, and documentation for all newly hired employees. 
  • Handle scheduling and administrative tasks with minimal assistance from others.

Qualifications
  • Must live within the Northeast
  • Minimum of three years of full cycle recruiting experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing 
  • Some restaurant or hospitality recruiting experience is preferred. 
  • Restaurant or Kitchen Manager experience is a plus. 
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with an ATS (Taleo ATS experience is Preferred ) 
  • Knowledge of the legal do's and don'ts of interviewing. 
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many projects and candidates at any given time. 
  • Ability to travel to restaurants in region and the corporate center in Calabasas, CA as needed (5-10% travel)
  • Bachelor's degree required
