We are looking to fill 6-8 Customer Service Representative Positions by the end of the month!
Dynamic Retail Solutions is a marketing & advertising firm located in Houma. We specialize in account management for our clients, and work with big names in retail and home entertainment.
What you'll be doing!
→ Providing excellent customer service to our client and customer base in a face-to-face retail enviornment.
→ Assisting customers daily with their purchases, services, billing issues, and equiptment.
→ Educating customers on current promotions, and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
→ Managing entire departments within big box retailers in order to assist clients.
