Part-Time Drafter

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops industrial and experiential designs that are appropriate for clients. Contributes design to pitches and presentations, and occasionally designs for internal projects.
Makes polished, well-crafted prototypes and deliverables using an understanding of materials and project requirements.
Effectively communicates design concepts, intent and process to clients. Interacts effectively with technology and creative team members.
Make suitable CAD files for customer submittals, assembly, and manufacturing purposes while following Departmental processes.
Able to revise drawings and documents, maintain the organization of those changes.

Ability to read and understand documents. General knowledge of basic math. Ability to layout steel. Ability to prepare detailed field use and shop drawings. Minimum of 2-5 years of drafting experience, a High School Diploma and a minimum Associate Degree in AutoCAD / Drafting and one (1) years of work experience in a related drawings/documents in industrial field. In addition 3D and SolidWorks experience.
