Every day our warehouse team members utilize voice picking technology to facilitate the picking of  specific parts according to each store’s
needs, and then pack the parts and load them onto our trucks.  Then, five days a week, our delivery team members drive overnight from our
distribution centers to deliver shipments to all our stores.

Distribution Center Department Supervisor

The Distribution Center Department Supervisor lead the warehouse staff to operate and facilitate the daily work in their department(s) of the
distribution center. These positions manage the day-to-day operations and departmental performance of the distribution center, while relying
on leadership, coaching, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish individual/team goals. The DC Department Supervisor perform a wide
variety of tasks and procedures while leading, assisting and directing the work of team members within the warehouse. Qualified candidates have
a high school diploma or equivalent, with excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
