Growing and stable freight forwarder is currently seeking an experienced Air/Ocean Export Specialist.
The Air/Ocean Export Agent is responsible for the activities involved with the export of air and ocean shipments.
Duties include but are not limited to: Processing shipments as outlined in assigned clients SOPs, quoting, client booking, tracing and tracking shipments, pick-up management, invoicing, interacting with clients, overseas agents and internal colleagues in a professional manner, etc.
ONLY candidates with the below skills/qualifications will be considered for this position:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience handling BOTH air AND ocean export shipments in the freight forwarding industry
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills (must have the ability to communication with clients as well as have the ability to respond to emails and calls in a timely fashion)
- Team player
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Salary commensurate with experience
