Primary Responsibilities:

Strong communicator in a virtual setting, able to facilitate meetings, listens to answers and translates business needs into a technical requirement
Demonstrate critical thinking, facilitating a team approach to solve technical challenges
Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
Ability to interpretation operational and business processes into reporting solutions
Documentation  and  development of visual models; work-flow diagrams or wireframe prototypes of short and long term operational/strategic business processes through analysis
Develop recommended reporting solutions through research, analysis of data and business process

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1 -2 years of experience working with relational databases
1 -2 years(s) of experience developing Access database solutions
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities and research data gaps
Ability to transform client needs into technical business requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of experience with process improvement, workflow visualization, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
Ability to communicate analysis and identify reporting opportunities to clients
1-2  year(s) of experience in healthcare or government programs
1-2  year(s) experience gathering and documenting business requirements for clients / business workflows, system implementation or reporting solutions
1-2  years of experience working with SharePoint & Visio
Project management or knowledgeable of project management principles
Experience with MS Project
