Primary Responsibilities:
Coordination of referrals and teaching patients and care givers about home infusion
Cost savings, revenue generating, compliance requirements
Coordination and pre discharge patient education
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
RN License
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of RN experience
IV Nursing Experience
Customer service focused
Detail oriented
Great Problem Solving Skills
Independent Worker
Works well with difficult people
