Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be working in the Customer Care department. Main responsibilities include heavy inbound calls, setting up sales appointments, taking payments, cancelling accounts, answering billing questions, and some light troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of RECENT (within 6+ months) experience with EXCELLENT tenure (2+years).
- Call Center Phone experience (heavy phones, appx 75-100 per day).
- This person needs to be able to speak clearly when talking to customers over the phone, data entry, multi-tasking is a must.
- Works well under pressure, able to meet deadlines for fast-paced environment.
- Minimum typing speed 40 WPM, and longevity in past positions.
