The product finishing technician is responsible for packaging various products using the appropriate equipment, and following the standard operating procedures. The will package finished product using machinery as well as physical packaging. Transferring product from a bulk scale to small portions.
Additional responsibilities that they will do outside of the normal job.
- Process customer orders for shipping
- fulfill in-house ordering for stockroom items
- Process purchase order receipts
- Deliver or store incoming products
- perform cycle counts
- stage materials for manufacturing
-Yield materials into inventory
Requirements:
1 year chemical packaging or degree in sciences
