About this job
This person will be joining the Customer Service and Account Management team. Their job responsibilities will include email and phone communication with all current, former and potential customers. The type of questions that they will be answering will vary from password resets, questions about the loan, questions about regulations, questions about being approved for the product, questions about how the product works in general, and questions about someone's account in general. This job is both phone and email support. This person on average will take between 30-50 calls a day and do about 20 emails (this can vary).
Work Environment: This is a very cool start up environment in downtown SF. The SF office has about 100 people that work out of there, they have ping pong tables, game rooms, catered lunches and free snacks for all employees. They are close to the montgomery bart stop and it is a very casual dress type of environment. Qualifications: BA or BS degree1 year CS
