Gigi’s Cupcakes has multiple openings for friendly, outgoing, “can-do” attitude people to service our wonderful customers at our newest location in Woodbury, MN.

You will primarily be responsible for providing world class customer service; maintaining exceptional knowledge of our delicious products including cupcakes, cakes, cookies and other baked treats; and providing a fun, clean and exciting environment for our guests!  

At Gigi’s Cupcakes, teamwork is important so be expected to learn and perform other duties within the shop as well!

Due to the nature of the business you’ll need to be flexible enough to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Gigi’s sells a variety of fresh cupcakes, cakes, cookies and cheesecake for all client types: including corporate clients, retail, weddings, caterings, parties, and more.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:

• Ensure guest satisfaction above all else through adhering to Gigi’s Baking and Service Standards.

• Maintain overall store cleanliness.

• Assist with kitchen prep work as needed including baking and decorating.

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.

• Communicating product information and offerings with guests.

• Promote and sell Gigi’s products.

• Responsible for tracking inventory of food / product.
