Performs mobile patrols throughout Willow Valley properties, with special focus on parking lots. Enforces policies and procedures, such as loitering, smoking, unauthorized removal of Willow Valley property, as well as contacting local authorities to report any suspicious or criminal activities. Looks for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked. May be required to clean up minor water leaks and/or plunge toilets and other first echelon maintenance tasks. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
