Primary Responsibilities:

Support the NY sales office with client and member education on benefits, health and wellness, and the many tools and resources available to them
Provide support at enrollment meetings and customer-sponsored health fairs
Train customers on eServices and eCR Reporting to expand customer expertise and reliance on eTools, driving usage and adoption
Prepare presentations for annual Open Enrollment meetings

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Risk Management or another related field from an accredited college/university. Junior class year preferred
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
Previous presentation experience in small and large group settings a must
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
