2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is looking for a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team!

Job Description:

• Will be supervising around 20 people with various skill sets in assembly, machining, welding, shipping, etc.
• Identifying problems as they occur and taking proper corrective action
• Making suggestions for improving production methods and quality
• Responsible for consistent high quality work
• Keeping machinery and work area clean and orderly

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment supervising manufacturing operations
• Manufacturing experience/understanding (sheet metal, assembly, welding, etc.)
• Prefer someone who has worked 2nd shift in the past
• Prefer someone with blueprint reading experience
• Comfortable with working independently and being a "hands-on" supervisor
• Good working attitude, leadership & communication skills
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING 2ND SHIFT LONG TERM!

Shift:

• 2nd shift
• 3/3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Overtime available - 5-10/hours a week (Typically come in 1-2 hours before or after shift)
• Occasional Saturday's

Pay:

• $20-26.44/hour
• $40-55k salary
• Rate depends on experience and interview
• Bonus program

Environment:

• Union environment (easy-going), but not a union position
• Relatively clean, organized, safety oriented environment
