About this job

Seeking a Business Manager to maintain bookkeeping and finances and to assist in every day operations for a non-profit private school in Whitehall, PA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: paying bills; managing tuition deposits; sending out account statements; communicating with parents; ordering and tracking supplies; serving as the initial point of contact with vendors; communicating all school closings and delays via the school's messaging app; acting as the school technology liaison by maintaining the website and social media accounts; and assisting in technology questions or issues. The successful candidate will ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Business/related field and experience in financial management. Proficiency in current version of QuickBooks is required. Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills and the ability to multitask and organize are essential. Hours are part-time: 25 hours/week during school year; 10 hours/week during summer
