Seasonal Part Time Sales Manager - 20138 - Full-time / Part-time

On behalf of our partner, MODO Board, Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking a motivated Seasonal Part Time Sales Manager who enjoys connecting with people and sharing their love and passion for combining new technology and the outdoors as well as engaging in conversation on hover boards.  As a Seasonal Part Time Sales Manager, you will introduce customers to the MODO Hoverboard in order to encourage and close sales of this device as well as manage a team of 3-5 associates closing sales of the device.

As a Seasonal Part Time Sales Manager, you will...

• Approach and welcome customers by greeting and engaging them
• Promote the product by describing and demonstrating (where allowed) the MODO Hoverboard
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence and product value
• Provide excellent customer service
• Motivate Sales Associates and drive sales of your store
• Schedule Sales Associates to cover specific shifts
• Coach and develop a team of high achieving sales associates

Key Requirements

• Proven track record of sales success and achievement
• Prior retail sales experience required in a management/supervisory role
• Previous and current action sports enthusiast
• Passion for new technology
• Able to commit to working for 2-3 months at minimum
• An ideal candidate is highly motivated, creative, fun, energetic, and self-confident!

Hours and Pay

• Competitive compensation is $15/hour
• Employee Discounts
• 20-25+ hours/week
• 10 AM – 9 PM daily; various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
