Our Member Experience Team has a serious responsibility to make every contact

much we care. We are responsible for making the end to end experience of each
of our Members a positive experience.

As a Member Experience Representative working
with our NM Centennial Care and NM Dual Special Needs Plan (DSNP) members, you
will be conducting Welcome Calls, Renewal Calls, and assisting with Member
Walk-In Days. In addition, you will assist our members with navigating their
benefits, inclusive of fulfilling their Value Added Benefits and Services. 







Position Description:Welcome calls to new UHC
Centennial Care members and UHC DSNP members.Renewal/Retention calls to
existent UHC Centennial Care Members and UHC DSNP members.Providing education on
benefits and services the member is eligible for as well as processing member
Value Added Benefits when applicable.Conducting monthly Walk-In
Days for UHC Centennial Care and DSNP membership.Assisting with Member
Information Meetings in the community.Providing support to the
Member Experience Field Team.Perform to assigned goal which includes achieving
or exceeding a specified number of renewals resulting in retention outcomes as
well as member satisfaction outcomes to goal.Hours are M-F between 8am – 6pm.  You must be flexible as the schedule could change to better serve our members.  Some weekend and evening work may be required. 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



High School Diploma or GED1 + year
of customer service and/or sales experience.1 + year of experience using Microsoft Office - work, excel & outlookMust be able to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entryAbility
to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm,You must be flexible as the schedule could change to better serve our members.  Some weekend and evening work may be required.









Preferred Qualifications:



Medicaid
and/or Medicare experience and/or Health Plan experienceCall
Center with high volume experienceBehavioral
Health, mental health or addiction experienceBilingual
fluency in English and Spanish
