About this job

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The integration of legacy OptumRx and Catamaran will increase the ServiceNow licensed user base from 3,700 to 7,500, the non-licensed internal users from 6,100 to 14,250 and the external customer users from 8,850 to 12,850.  The entire footprint of supported users will soon be 34,600.  The existing ServiceNow environment is highly customized and the related support requires highly skilled resources. 
 
You will be responsible for:

Effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of the ServiceNow tool
Reviewing system logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
Interfacing with the ServiceNow vendor for all operational requests / issues / needs
Supporting scheduled bi-weekly migrations
Maintain operational, configuration, or other processes
Perform periodic performance reporting
Coordinating operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
Answering technical queries and assisting users
Troubleshooting any reported problems
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

2 years’ experience with ServiceNow
Knowledge of ServiceNow Architecture
Assets:

Experience with ServiceNow Custom applications
Experience working with remote resources
Prior experience provisioning, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
Prior experience coordinating operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
Experience performing system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of the ServiceNow tool
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
