Job Summary: This position will be responsible for the Ticket Office function of the Park and will be support for the Cash Control function. They will coordinate the accounts receivable function and the maintenance of related software systems (Six Flags Ticketing Suite). Duties & Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the Ticket Office function Coordinate and maintain our Ticket Program(Six Flags Ticketing Suite) Ensure proper daily capture and reconciliation of credit deposits Support the Cash Control function of Finance which will include covering shifts in Cash Control Inventory and ordering of Ticket Office/Cash Control supplies Develop and mentor the Ticket Office/Cash Control seasonal staff Recognize and develop best practices Project management Adhere to all department and company safety policies Support the company mantra; friendly, clean, fast and safe service Other finance and accounting tasks and projects as assigned The Ideal Candidate Should Possess: Associates or Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or business management from an accredited institution or relevant work experience 1-2 years finance, cash handling and management experience preferred Must possess strong mathematical and analytical skills Must possess demonstrated team leadership skills High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends, evenings, and holidays) Friendly, service oriented personality Process improvement management experience Valid driver's license Park: Six Flags St. LouisPark: six flags st. louis
