Our client, a a manufacturing company in the Tualatin area, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Job Description:

Admin support for Administration, HR and Payroll

Guests/Customer Services:
1. Assist with travel arrangements
2. Assist with food arrangements
3. Assist with room set up, training room, break room and supplies
4. Manage accesss control data base

Temporary Associate Support:
1. Coordinate temporary trainig with training.
2. Coordinate onboarding, including badging
3. Setup in Etime and Access control system
4. Manage Etime for temporary associates
5. Assist HR Director with Temp placement-tracking spreadsheet


General HR Admin Support
1. General HR support/filing data base entering
2. New Hire orientation-HR portion
3. Assist with new offer letters and onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

1. ADP payroll and Etime and Microsoft Suite experience

2. Office administrative experience
