Are you an experience Solderer? Have you worked under a microscope and done surface mount soldering? If so, then please keep reading.
A client of mine, a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer of specialty electronics is looking to add several people to their production staff. This company is part of a global manufacturer of high-end specialty electronics in which they provide the best Aerospace and Defense companies in the world.
In order to be a good fit for this position, the Soldering Technician will need to be able to perform the following; will be responsible for Soldering Lead Frames and Tombstone's on PCB's. Working on Transmitters that go into aircraft's. Will need to be able to work under a microscope for the majority of the day performing soldering.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience; Must have 5+ years of experience working under a Microscope for Soldering. Experience with Soldering equipment, hand tools, encapsulation equipment, marking equipment, wire terminating, stripping, bonding, etc. Able to understand schematic drawings and have good manual dexterity and visual acuity. Work under a microscope. Any experience with winding equipment and basic test equipment such as LCR meters and digital multimeters would be a plus. Must have a High School Degree or equivalent education.
