Automation Personnel Services is partnered with a local industrial plant in the South Huntsville area.
We are searching for candidates who are looking for a career with advancement opportunities, and candidates who are available to work 40+ hours each week.
Experience Required:
Experience working in an industrial environment is required
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Must have open availability and ability to work long hours
Other Requirements:
Mandatory Overtime
Must Wear Steel Toe Boots
High School Diploma or GED
Background and Drug Screen are required.
Ability to Continually Lift (75-100 lbs)
Pay Rate:
The worksite operates 24 hours per day with 12 hour shifts. Attendance and job performance are extremely important in the transition from temp to hire. A pay differential is offered for employees who work nights. These positions are temp to hire.
The pay rate for employees working Day Shift starts at $10.00 an hour
The pay rate for employees working Night Shift starts at $10.50 an hour
