Job Summary:

Position Summary

To provide friendly, responsive and exceptional guest service to ensure the guests of Luna Grill will become “Raving Fans”.

Essential Responsibilities

•Engages the guests as they enter and leave the restaurant.
•Ensures the guest has a great experience by following standards and the sequence of service.
•Informs guest(s) of specials and menu changes and makes recommendations accordingly.
•Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items by answering questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
•Takes guest’s food orders and handle cash and credit transactions according to standards.
•Works with kitchen staff to meet any special requirements for ingredients and preparation of food.
•Delivers food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
•Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
•Maintains cleanliness and organization in the service area, dining room and restrooms.
•Monitors and observe guest’s dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
•Thanks guest for their visit and invite them to return.
•Attends all schedule team member meetings/training and brings suggestions for improvements.
•Other duties as assigned.
