  As the Reporting Coordinator you will run a high volume of daily, weekly, monthly scheduled ad hoc reports and deliver these reports to account managers, brokers and to the customers directly. Run daily Disability reports, and the monthly HRA reports as scheduled working with strict timelines to get reports competed and delivered on-time to meet their needs. Support our Team as well as other Team within our Customer Solution team with running internal reports ( MyHCE, Incentive reports, Teladoc, IBNR, Termed reports, and others as needed.) Provide back-up support to quality check User ID set ups. Assist the Team with Quality checking reports, monitor and review Work Orders, Renewal Notices, Cancelation documents, Outlook mailboxes. Utilize SharePoint sites to set up tracking records, type up report processes and procedures in Word Doc. Maintain your own work flow check lists documentation. Set up basic templates within the Ad Hoc access reporting tools. Need a dependable, well-organized, trustworthy individual willing to listen, take directions either in writing or verbal and work with minimum supervision. Able to work in a fast pace environment, accept change, be flexible, take directions from your peers. Accept criticism and feedback as a positive learning experience and have that desire to grow and learn more. Looking for someone who thrives on Integrity and Compassion. Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


High School Diploma or GED
Experience using Email and Calendars
Customer Service experience
Experience meeting deadlines
Experience in a collaborative environment
Able to commit M-F 8a-5p schedule
Preferred Qualifications:

Medical Claims experience, Healthcare Facilities or Hospital experience
MS Excel experience
Reporting experience
MS Access experience
