B & B Gear and Machine Co. is a gear manufacturer, established in 1974 with over 50 years of combined manufacturing. B &B Gear manufactures many different parts, mainly gear shafts and gear blanks, where OD and ID concentricity and parallelism are very important.
We have an opening for a CNC Lathe Set up, programmer operator. Our CNC lathes are Okuma, some have IGF programming. This position requires own set ups and programming with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Other requirements are full blue print reading, and inspection of own parts. Need to keep machines and work area, both clean and safe.Must be self-motivated, willing to multitask, and display a continued team attitude.
This position is a full time/part time, first shift opening. We offer competitive wages and benefits.
