Job Description

As a Real Estate Relocation Specialist, you will be helping clients move to new cities, states, and neighborhoods. Because a significant move can be stressful for customers, it is imperative that a Real Estate Relocation Specialist be empathetic and sensitive to the concerns of the buyer/seller. In addition, expertise on the legal changes between state and county lines is imperative.The Relocation Specialist Real Estate Agent position is geared towards individuals who are personable, have high attention to detail, and are proactive in their administrative and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively communicate with clients via phone and email.
  • Educate customers on the current real estate market trends.
  • Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.
  • Utilize computer technology to network with a large database of clients and prospects.
  • Educate potential clients on financial decisions concerning real estate.
  • Personally interact with customers to provide a positive buying/selling experience.
