About this job
The Multi-Unit Manager coordinates and supports all activities within their assigned geographic area. Responsibilities include: Train, coach and support managers. Plan and execute business goals and focus on in-store issues
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to managers and staff in designated geographic area to ensure compliance to standards and procedures as set by CoreLife Eatery and applicable government regulations
- Assist in developing new hire orientation programs and monitor training procedures to ensure quality training of employees
- Achieve sales growth and profitability in your restaurants by motivating staff to meet goals and identify opportunities
- Support local and national marketing initiatives
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement action plans for improvement
Prerequisites:
- Education: College degree preferred
- Experience & Skills: 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in a similar restaurant environment. Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in basic math and accounting skills as well as strong analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills. Proven success in staff selection, coaching and development
