Assistant Manager - Full-time

Fins & noodles Italian Seafood is a rapidly growing fast casual restaurant with a five star Google rating. We are seeking key people who want to grow with and influence the direction of our company. As a team leader, you will need to be a motivated, self starter with an eye for detail and an ability to multi-task.  Our  training program will provide you with the necessary tools for success. Training will including: cooking techniques, purchasing, sanitatiion, product knowledge, POS operations, opening and closing procedures, as well as, customer and employee relations, Although your schedule will include some day and night shifts, as well as, weekends, there is room for flexibility. Our restaurant is currently closed on Sunday plus you will recieve one additional day off per week. Compensation for this position will include a benefits plus salary package or a straight salary package. Additionally incentive bonus will be based on your performance.
