Server applicants should have a mix of lunch and dinner availability, with weekends required shifts. Host applicants should have evening and weekend availability. This is an opportunity to work in a from-scratch chef-driven restaurant that features craft beer and hand-crafted cocktails. The cuisine is American regional cooking with a polynesian influence.
