Job Description

1. Title Researcher must have the ability to -- PULL PROPERTY RECORD CARDS FROM THE PROPERTY APPRAISER'S WEBSITE AND SEARCH FOR RECORDED DOCUMENTS IN PUBLIC RECORDS (ALL COUNTIES)

2. Ability to navigate through the Internet

3. Experience with MS Office, Outlook and Internet search engines

4. Proficient with computers

5. Answer incoming and/or initiate verification calls in a polite, positive and professional manner and confirm information through emails and phone calls

6. Must be organized, detail oriented, be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

7. Must be a team player, highly motivated, self-starter/learner and committed to achieving results

8. Highest commitment to customer service, development and satisfaction.

9. Ability to write and speak in both Spanish and English is a plus
