Inventory Control Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities: 

• Process transactions related to shipping material in a warehouse.
• Be responsible for general office duties, accounting and some facility compliance work.
• Must be able to work in an ever changing environment and be able to coordinate daily work-flow with other individuals within the facility and external to the facility.
• Additionally, you must be flexible in handling workload changes, interruptions, and be able to return to the task that you were performing.

Valvoline is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team.

Qualifications:

• 2 yr. Associates degree in Business Preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a distribution setting.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Access); SAP experience is a requirement
• Excellent team player and customer service driven.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to multi-task a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime on a as needed basis.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
