VP Brand Leadership

Responsibilities
- Develop a short and long term strategic roadmap that ensures the quality and thoughtfulness of the creative product that we deliver
- Manage, assess and build a world class team that delivers strategic programs to meet or exceed client expectations
- Interface as a strategic partner with senior-level clients on a daily basis
- Provide inspiration, motivation and leadership to team members in order to elevate client/team relationship from vendor to trusted partner
Qualifications
- 10+ years driving strategic business outcomes
- In depth knowledge/understanding of every lane of business we are in: creative, digital media, technology
- Significant supplier side interface, preferably in CPG category
- Strong track record of demonstrating agency and individual value through relationship building and management at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Experience partnering with clients at C-level
- Ability to sell: the agency, ideas, your direction
- Experience managing a creative team
