About this job
Answer and transfer all incoming calls, act as a Wardrobe Attendant and Security Dispatcher; process uniform transactions, respond to radio and enter data in Alliance as needed. Also, possible assignment as a Guest Assistance Officer on overlap day(s)
Responsibilities:
•Answering and transferring multiple calls.
•Work with other departments using a 2-way radio.
•Assist Guests with current info/events at the Monarch Casino Black Hawk
•Lost & Found data entry and maintenance
•Check uniforms in/out
•Make nametags as needed
•Assist with uniform inventory and organization
•Notify Director of Human Resources when additional uniforms need to be ordered.
•Data entry of player rating cards
•Entering data into Alliance database program for Security
•Issuing Vendor/Contractor badges to anyone
•Perform duties of a Guest Assistance Officer
Qualifications:
•Obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License.
•Ability to be polite and professional over the phone at all times.
•Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast paced environment.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Excellent guest service
•Computer proficiency
•Must be friendly, professional and guest service orientated
