Receptionist

We have a wonderful shop located in a very nice area. We have many clients that have been coming to us for years and on average have monthly appointments. Our family extends further than our shop doors in this case. Community and presentation are very important to us, we all have different backgrounds here but we share the same dream. The balance we have between family and profesionalizm is very unique.

As for the receptionist position, we need someone who is very good at multitasking and can pay attention to detail. Someone who is energetic and inviting. The receptionist job is the face of our business so presentation and presence is extereley important. Morning and afternoon rush can be the most hecktict parts of the day when dogs are getting dropped off and picked up. It is important to be able to handle the clients with respect and care even under high stress situations. If aplying for this job one must know or become familiar with ALL BREEDS of dogs. Must directly work with dogs when covering the nannys for their lunches. This entails cleaning up after them and playing with them. If you are a dog lover this should be a walk in the park. These dogs are like children and depend on us to comfort and care for them, get to know them and welcome them each time they arrive. Many even sit and wait by the door before going home to receive their "end of the day" treat before they leave. Its not only important to build a relationship with owner but with their furbaby as well. There is always a task to be done here at the front desk, if you aren't filing cards, preping for the next day, taking and or making phone calls, we ARE a dog salon so keeping the dust/hair/dander to a minimum is a requirement.

Recptionist schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm

Our hours of operations are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and two alternating Saturdays a month 9:00am - 5:00pm.
