Production Supervisor - Full-time

Seeking a motivated, experienced Production Supervisor to be part of a growing team in a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to meet and exceed safety goals, quality standards, and production goals
• Assist managers in improving production control, working conditions, and performance management
• Manage employees and increase their skills while conducting staff meetings to communicate team and company standards
• Create a production plan and perform production scheduling accordingly

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Motivated and ability to think ahead
• Experience in employee training, retention, performance review, and discipline
