Medication Compliance Specialist - In Home Care Agency (Portland) compensation: $13-$16/hour depending upon experience

We place CAREGivers with seniors in their homes to encourage, assist, and stimulate our clients in a variety of daily activities that improve their quality of life and help them maintain their independence.

We are growing and looking for a Medication Aide or CNA who is VERY detailed oriented and capable of creating MAR's from PO's, coaching CAREGivers, working with Nurses and Doctors Offices and professional. The right candidate will be well organized, VERY detailed and with a strong ability to problem solve. This person will have a passion for seniors, great communication skills and a desire to teach.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of Medication Administration Records a major plus
• Strong understanding of Medications a major plus
• Medication Aid a major plus
• CNA2 a Major Plus
