The Recruiter is expected to perform a variety of duties in the recruitment of CAREGivers. The Recruiter is expected to source, pre-screen and hire skilled and non-skilled staff in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. Must meet the Monthly and Quarterly Goals for Recruitment. Must have experience and be a polished communicator.

The Recruiter is expected to perform a variety of duties in the recruitment of CAREGivers. The Recruiter is expected to source, pre-screen and hire skilled and non-skilled staff in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. Primary
- Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
- Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within the community to include career fairs, sponsored events
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient, professional manner
- Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4 form, and all other employment related documents
- Monitor compliance for local and federal labor and safety laws including EOE, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA
- Conduct recruitment open houses, job fairs and presentations
- Manage Applicant Tracking System and track metrics associated with hiring goals and status
Secondary
- Conduct character reference, criminal background and motor vehicle checks on all CAREGivers
