Cashier

Del Taco is rapidly growing in Denver area. We are uehiring friendly faces who want to help Del Taco provide our guests with a great experience.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

 

The cashier at Del Taco is required to maintain the work code and follow the company’s policies. He/she is required to be a real team player and always aim to set high standards at work. The main responsibility of the cashier is to complete the order transactions in a friendly and accurate way.

Responsibilities and Duties:

He/she will also have to perform support staff functions, which include:

        Provide guests a great customer service experience.

        Cleaning the display areas

        Assisting with the stock

        Receives payments from customers

        Receives payments and accurately counts them

        Provides change to customers as required

        Maintains knowledge of the food products available

        Assists in locating and verifying the operational equipment

        Performs other responsibilities as directed by the management

Requirements and Qualifications:

        Must be have a friendly personality.

        Must be able to bend and stand during the whole shift

        Must be able to lift objects while at work

        Ability to converse comfortably with customers

        Ability to handle cash related matters

        Ability to converse comfortably with team members
