A Bilingual Japanese/English Outbound Coordinator with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for making outbound calls to distribute Hilton Grand Vacations information and providing package/tour information in an effort to sell vacation packages or book qualified tours for a vacation ownership sales presentation.  

What will I be doing?

A Bilingual Japanese/English Outbound Coordinator with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for making outbound calls to distribute Hilton Grand Vacations information and providing package/tour information in an effort to sell vacation packages or book qualified tours for a vacation ownership sales presentation. Promote our exclusive new luxury property through telephone/internet/email vacation package sales. Interact with potential customers over the phone and via email on a daily basis by offering them the opportunity to learn more about our new property through booking/scheduling packages/resort previews and tours. Assist guests with inquiries related to the package they have already purchased and information regarding their upcoming vacation. Meet minimum production standards for both package sales and tour booking. Complies with all reasonable requests put forth by management.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in Japanese (speak, read, write)
  • Basic English language skills (speak, read, write)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 3 months customer service experience
  • Professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relation and etiquette over the phone and via email
  • Be able to work in a timely manner, critically think and work in a team environment is essential

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with VOICE and Salesforce
  • Experience working in timeshare industry
  • Call Center experience
  • Sales experience
  • Thorough understanding of the island of the island of Oahu with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island
